The MSM has been telling me for months and months that the TEA party was all washed up. Therefore it is impossible for them to rally thousands of people.
After all, we ALL know the MSM would never lie to us, right?
No lie. My daughter informed me about 6 months ago that the TEA Party was nothing. That's what she hears from the garbage news that the 20-somethings listen to. She KNOWS both sides of the story because I tell (nag at) her constantly, but even so, she can't quite wrap her head around the fact that media (and the administration) is willing to bald-face LIE.
Luckily she challenges everything, and Googles it. I know when I am right because she never says anything, lol. Last night I told her that the Lincoln movie was being released after the election, since Lincoln was a Republican, and Spielberg didn't want anyone to make the connection that "Republican - slave-freers". That could confuse black voters, right? I heard the tap tap tap on her laptop, and then silence. I was vindicated! LOL

I'm still quite flabbergasted about this. It is just ludicrous that there is such a big uproar here when there are other, much more legitimate issues regarding non-covered health expenses... like hearing aids!

This is a time I'm happy to say, "I told you so," to so many folks. The people from back east I work with have been so dismissive, about Obama being unbeatable.
