Sounds like someone can't be a big boy and make up his mind. Old Joe ran the boys and made the decisions. THey don't have that anymore, so they are all sort of adrift in a sea of political gain and can"t decide which port will do them the most good.
Junior is missing that resume enhancer, killing a woman in the back seat of your car.
If that was all that was holding him back, I'm sure he would have arranged it by now.

Taxachusetts should appoint someone who's 1/32 Sioux so they can be the first state to have two pretend native americans in the senate.
