Given most of these thug's work ethics, I'm surprised any of them even knew how to pick up a hammer.
They stole them from Ferguson during the home shopping riots, and someone had to show them how they work...
They do come with instruction pamphlets and warning labels now.
I have not bought one in years, but it would figure that some idiot somewhere did something with a hammer and sued the company so they have to warn the felony stupid not to hit themselves in the head.

Back in my truck driving days I saw a sign on the loading dock at a Home Depot that said:
"Truck Drivers, Please check your trailer for Home Depot employees and equipment before leaving"
I asked if this was really an issue. Turns out that one time a HD employee parked his forklift behind a stack of boxes in a trailer and fell asleep. When the driver got to his next stop, he found the guy in the trailer and had to bring him back to the store he came from.
One of these days I hope these assholes bring their hammers to a gun fight.

I just found out last week that the popular 6 position shoulder stock is illegal in NJ, you have to have it pinned in one position, or risk arrest.
