  • Okay let's say they were cautious because of Newtown. They went ahead and arrested him. Obviously he had no plans to actually shoot up a school, so let him go right? Oh no... he SAID it, he committed a thought and speech crime and therefore he needs to stay in prison? Are we insane? Kind of like the other kid who took NRA t-shirt to school is Satan President...? oh wait...

    • Unfortunately, prosecutors are going to stunt like this until they try persecuting the wrong father's kid and they create a real tragedy.

      • I have family that worked in the courts in colo for many years. prosecutors only care about their conviction records. they don't give a rodents rectum about truth, or justice. They just want to look good for their performance reviews.

  • Help us all is the only thing that I can think of. Comments in a video game setting are now grounds for an arrests, trial and possible conviction. The prosecuting attorney or attornies must be on some type of power trip. The totalitarian state isn't just a bad dream it's about to become very real, very shortly.

No need for the FEMA camps Im not going.

  • At first I thought I was reading The Onion. If there had been on line video games when I was kid I would probably still be in jail. I can't believe law enforcement in Texas is that damn stupid. Geez, get a grip on reality in Austin. Libtard central of Texas.

      • The Creepy Crowley is just pissed because he gets thumbed down, instead of realizing his comments are stupid, repetitive and boring, he thinks the thumbs down is censorship. How long has he been here and he still don't get it.

        • Nah, I don't mind the TDs, but CO2 has actually started to delete my posts altogether.

          • "...CO2 has actually started to delete my posts altogether."

Yes! YES!! Why O2 is one of my newest heroes.

And he also told you why and you know exactly what to do for it to happen. Sounds like self censorship to me.

          • Boohoo, Crowley. Add to the dialogue instead of being a nuisance and see if things do not change for the better.

          • Unless you decided to add something constructive. I wish you would add something useful; I don't like banning anyone but I also don't like people who wish to annoy others just to get a reaction from them. Says nothing good about you.

    • When the government throws you in jail over comments you made in a video game I would call that worse than censorship. Are you a product of public education?

  • We may as well face it. We are all at risk of being the next one targeted for stupidity. There is no first amendment anymore, unless it is to say whatever the party approves. It's 1984 - we are just 29 years late.
