I never figured I had to bow to the PC crap. I am not, nor is it likely that I ever will, running for public office. I just say what I please, and remind them that in America, they have a right to be offended, and I have a right to not give a "aerial intercourse" (cleaned up for the ladies on this site) that they are.

I was just giving blood today, first time doing red cell only donation.
The girl was telling me how they aren't allowed to mention fatty cells or something like that, and I told her how sick I was of people politically correcting the hell out of everything.
Even the younger people there smiled at that.
I gave red cells only two weeks ago. Took a while but I felt great afterwards. No light headedness.
Eat something and drink a fair amount. Focus on Iron bearng foods, like egg yolks, beans, spinach and (you'll love this one) RED MEAT!
Thanks. Actually I meant what took a while was the process of actually giving the red cells since the plasma was returned. Lacking clarity as I reread my post. I had just walked out of the gym when I gave and still felt fine right after the donation.
Yes, that is one plus to giving the red cells only. It does take a little longer, but each donation counts as 2, and you have to wait longer between donations. I felt just fine afterward also.
That has got to be a Hillary created position.
Rule of thumb was based on how large a stick a man could use to beat his wife. The fact that it hasn't been used that way for over a century is irrelecant, I suppose.
