The conservative TV ad NBC refuses to run. If the Comcast(which owns NBC)-Time Warner merger is approved by Eric Holder’s Justice Department, the merged entity will be a mammoth virulently-leftwing media monstrosity controlling “80 percent of local political advertising.” So this refusal to run an ad is a warning shot.

Just like having dozens of sports channels doesn't remove the sports garbage from the real news channels, this won't help get all the racist crap off the MSM either.

the media for lack of a more derogatory name has been owned and control for some time; rich power mad corrupt slime like murdock and soros decide what the morality will be, who will lead the nation, states, all on the choreographed march to the liberal state of socialism, with the owners being left to lead the good life. the presidency, congress even the courts are now just position they purchase and put their attack dogs in place, while the media is simply a joke that is played upon the tax payers.
This will come back to bite them in the ass a thousand different ways. Americans like fair play and hate cheaters--look at the current Patriots brouhaha for proof of that. Obvious blatant bias leads to SEVERE backlash--every time. The internet is making NBC irrelevant anyway and Fox is where smart people get their news.

The Patriots thing is media fueled bs because they need something to talk about other than Yemen, Iran, ISIS, chronic unemployment, etc, etc. Fox News is certainly better than the rest but Rupert Murdoch isn't your friend so it's best to get news from lots of sources and try to triangulate to find the closest thing to the truth.
