At the time with ever increasing damage to our air, water and soil it seemed like a good idea. But then the Democrats took over and screwed it all up.
People might take agencies like this seriously if they weren't filled with effing nitwits. But then that is the Hussein administration. Can't have anyone above buffoon without making Der Fuhrer and White House Staff look bad.
