Let's try a test of this tax with President Obama. I bet we balance the budget taxing the miles he travels.
How about a golf tax. Every time quagmire tees it up or putts one in, it cost a 100.00 to come out of his salary.

Well it can't be a "ball" tax, he would pay nothing and get a refund like all the other low information/large forehead voters...
This tax is designed to reduce the mobility of all of us. If you can't pay the tax, you can't drive. More taking from those making and giving it to the takers.
With him, we should tax the fuel. I'm sure AF1 gets atrocious mileage.
Get rid of all taxes at the pump, & then maybe. But you know this would on top of all the other BS taxes/fees that we already pay for at the pump.
That's why I oppose the (un)FAIR Tax.
The fair tax, a flat tax, Herman Cain's 9-9-9 plan whatever, are better then what we have. But the current shit system & all the corruption it spawns must be abolished if any of these things are too happen.

Spend the fucking gas tax on highways! Not on some other program like welfare and free obamaphones. Jesus H. Because these fucking crooks have realized they can use your tax money to buy votes from people too lazy to work.
California was the first state to require registration of off-road vehicles, way back in the seventies. The money was to go into a fund to be used to secure and maintain off road riding areas. Even though I was just a dumb kid in high school, somehow I knew that was a lie.
But Big Brother promises that he won't use the black boxes to keep track of where you are, so you must be some kind of anti-government terrorist if you object to this.
