Sick of Obama and his (his administration's) lies.
He/They lied. They just didn't want to deal with it because they wanted to come out of Iraq and didn't want to engage in Syria.
I think barry is very concerned with his lies...just not the one's we're thinking of...
Lie: As it relates to the ball, the position of the ball when it has come to rest. (He hit his drive into the rough, but luckily had a good lie). As it relates to the club, it is the angle of the sole of the club relative to the shaft. (He liked the sand wedge but the lie was too flat.)
He doesn't care about the sole, as long as the shaft is satisfactory!
Warned months ago? His royal highness can't remember what happened yesterday...
Well if it's anything like the Constitution, Quagmire would just wipe his ass with a bunch of briefing documents.

How exactly would anyone know he reads the briefings?Does he speed-read them in front of the office staff? Does he read them aloud at Cabinet meetings? Or does he just tell everyone he reads them and then pitches them in the trash?
If obutthead says he reads the briefings then my money is on the fact that he doesn't.
I always tend to believe the opposite of what he says. Besides, if he doesn't read them then he can distance himself from having any knowledge of the facts.
Cynical?? Perhaps, but he's earned it.
