• To liberal worshipers of Che, Fidel is the baby-eating scapegoat, is he not?

  In any case, I like that the exiles remaines that, that a lot of them want payback and go back to Cuba one day, that they still care about their country of origin and do not intend to let things slide.
  Wish all those illegals from Mexico and latin america where more like that, wanting to overthrow their governements and bring tight-roped justice (racist reference, lol) back at home, those pieces of shit waving their Mexican flags in others countries are no patriots, mererly opportunistic parasites and vermine.

  But majority in Cuba is divided between communists and those passively accepting communism.
  Yes yes, Fidel and his bro are dictators but they themselves managed to the dictator before them and this did not take them 50 or 60 years.
  At the time they did that, 1st and 2nd amendments were known in Cuba, where they not? There has been plenty of time and opportunities for an anti-communist (or rather, constitutionalist revolution) many times over.
  Not exactly pure communism, regime held through the 1990s there is an element of nationalistic defianc, refusal to surrender to foreign orders and on that depends the future of Cuba and its people, why? Those who are defiant may loose and be labelled as traitors, terrorists and criminals or win and be praised but those who simply submittes will not ever be free.

• Long ago I was told a story about a long blonde haired hippy who in the mid sixties went to Cuba help build utopia. He was never heard from again. His parents repeatedly asked the Cuban government of his whereabouts or fate to no avail.

  The puzzle was complete years later when I read that Che hated people with long blonde hair.
