The upmarket Manhattan block that grinds to a halt at prayer time… as Muslim taxi drivers illegally park outside Islamic center. Think Mayor Bloomberg would let the Jews or Christians get away with this? We think not. Just imagine what prayer time will be like if the mosque near 9/11 ground zero ever opens.

ducks are all on the pond...
On a related note, this really stinks - http://townhall.com/columnists/dianawest/2011/12/02/latrine_directive_another_step_on_path_to_islamification/page/full/
Military PC makes me mad, but this is just total liberal bending over for the sake of "unity". The worse part, they do this to the Marines because they can, once a man or woman signs the dotted line, they are property of the Federal Government.
Anyways, I repeat:
Telling Marines which way to pee is never a good idea. :)
From this day forward, I will ALWAYS strive to aim my excrement in the direction of Mecca. Thanks for the tip.
So I shall strive to face West when sitting and East when standing!
I will probably take to wearing a compass around my neck!
I also sent the article and link to my nephew in the Army in Afghanistan. Told him to pass it around!
The subject on the email:
"Pee toward Mecca"
My Father is the current Chaplain at the VFW post near his house, I sent him that link and he is talking to everyone to see if they should remodel their bathrooms to all point towards Mecca. Good stuff Dean
Start slappin' tickets on 'em. After too many tickets, yank their medallion.
Lets be honest, NYC will give a sh!t when these taxis have salt shakers in them, & I carry one for when I eat in the car. So don't laugh.
I do laugh, thats great Danybhoy! LOL
Or better yet, drive by on a scooter with a couple of molotov cocktails every once in a while. Cutting tires also sounds good. Molotov cocktails from roof tops would be nice. Grafitti anyone? New yorkers must be generally cowards.
Yes, that is a funny gravatar.. but no, New Yorkers ain't cowards
All the cities or countries that are allowing themselves to be overrun and their mayors or leaders insisting they let themselves be overrun are obviously not acting in a strong manner, whether it is called cowardly or whatever, it ain't the tough roughneck image of the new york longshoreman. Bloomberg is indeed a pussified dingleberry. How did he get put in the position to pussify new york?
I think I already told you about this before..... But I have to say it again..... Your Gravatar is by far the funniest damned thing Ive ever seen. Great Photo shopping! I was having a sharty day until I saw that. Good on ya!
P.S. The Burger King, King scares the livin hell outta me.... Just waitin for one morning to wake up and hes laying in bed next to me like in that commercial :)
Yes, BK is tres stalkeriffic.
Valve stem tool..I bet I could get about 100 cars while Omar and Achmed are bowing to the moon god.
Utility knife. Just cut the valve stems off! Much quicker. If they have metal stems, hammer.
Again... too time consuming. Think cluster bomb unit, 2 each.
Too time-consuming. Just plant nails or scatter caltrops under the wheels.
That does look like a nice place to drive a tank though, huh?
OK, I'm going to cut across the grain a bit here, as I sometimes do. My concern is that this lawbreaking is being ignored out of fear. If this is illegal, than by all means ticket them, boot them, yank their licenses and medallions, whatever. Don't let them buffalo the cops. Or, is this being done specifically as an act of provocation? So that they can react with their typical civic restraint when the boots go on? Or - are they sincerely devout? "I have to pray. I have no choice but to break the rules." Disregarding the unsavory reputation of the Mohammedans in general, etc., I will concede this one man's sincerity, and recognize that that is the common plea of every religion: Christianity itself, we hardly need be reminded, began in persecution. Any 2nd Century Christian might have said the same thing. Many did, and fed the lions for it. (Christians in the USSR were in the same position, and likewise died; and in China now.) Yeah yeah, they were martyred simply for being Christians, and not for littering the Via Appia with their chariots. I think I'm just nervous about religious hostility because it can turn and bite you in the ass so easily. Remember the story earlier this year -I think- about a California family who were catching flak for this same thing, having dozens of people over to their house every Sunday, and cars blocking the roads? Functionally, there is no difference between that issue once a week and this issue five times a day. (Although I was somewhat ambivalent about that as well.) If anyone, or anything, blame the mosque for not having adequate parking, maybe convince them to relocate (which would make a lot of people happy :-} ) somewhere more convenient. Well, I dunno if that's come out the way I wanted it to or not. I'm not a fan of Mohammedanism or an apologist for it, but neither do I believe in picking fights were none need be picked. Would you all feel the same way if this was a church? I wonder what the traffic on 5th Ave. is like Sundays around St Patrick's. C'mon, it's NYC, it's one big traffic jam anyway. This isn't too far from the stories we hear about towns trying to silence church bells for frivolous reasons.
Mind you now, I'd be the first to call up a Greek towtruck company if one of them was overhanging my driveway by an inch.
Lighted road flare thru the sun roof?
"I’m not a fan of Mohammedanism or an apologist for it, but neither do I believe in picking fights were none need be picked."
How many times have I read your same BS missive? WTF do you mean by you do not want to "pick a fight". You moron, you are in a fight. Stop apologizing for standing upright and telling the world you are what you are and that you are willing to live and die for that belief.
If the people in California were actually blocking the road, or parking illegally, I would treat them the same way these people should be treated. Ticketed every time, and when the legal limit is met, tow them. I wouldn't treat anyone any different. But to say that the Christian meeting can't be held, that was wrong. The people organizing the meeting needed to find a way to do it without clogging the road.
Well, PD does have a point. The problem is that while we are in a war, we have to pay attention to both strategies and tactics. Their parking in the street is a tactic in their battle against the country that gives them a place to be free. The strategy is to use our own freedoms against us.
Knee jerk reactions against this will only make things worse. As much as I would *like* to paint the curbs red & get them towed, the fact remains that these cars are all illegally parked, and should be booted and towed anyway. All's NYC has to do is enforce their laws. They won't, because they are cowards, and they've forgotten the "broken windows" theory that worked so well to reduce crime.
They should be ashamed, but as appeasers with a naive view of the cancer in their midst, they won't do anything until they hear the bangs. When they do, their natural response, rather than deal with the problem at its source, will be another wholesale usurpation of the rights of law-abiding citizens, just like the TSA feel-up crew does now. It is a lot easier to trample on the rights of people that obey laws and are productive members of society.
Airstrike....
A-10?
The A-10 is the only warplane so slow it can be rear-ended by a turtle while bombing thousands of our enemies back into the stone age. I love this machine!
I remember footage of one of them returning to base during Operation Desert Storm days all shot up but flying in perfect order. After landing, when asked about whether he worried about getting back, the pilot patted his plane's belly, shrugged it off and strolled away like he didn't have a care in the world.
It was said that it flew so slow that when firing the 30mm Gatling gun in the nose, the plane actually stood still in the air! Not possible, but it is a thing of beauty to watch it work!
Just prior to Desert Shield turning into Desert Storm there was a program on the toob about a number of things that were going to be used there. The Warthog was one of them. They had footage of it that really did look like it was just about standing on the gun drilling a target directly below, as it slipped on its wing and then drove away. It was quite incredible. They also had a segment on this armament referred to as skeet and a few methods of delivery. That was nuts, too.
The one that took a SAM thru the wing and didn't explode? That was something else! 3 foot diameter hole ripped thru the wing and dude climbs down, shows off the damage and smiles.
I'm certain that's the one, FDH. Like I said, I love that machine.
I'd be smiling too, if I was flying a plane that could bring me back from that.
My favorite fighter!
I have a plan for someone in New York. Buy a can of red paint. Paint the curb. Profit.
Pfft. They're ignoring the law as it is.
They only ignore the law because the law ignores them.
Boot 'em & tow 'em. I don't see the problem.
racial discrimination....
Discriminating against a car's race? The driver is not the car. I suppose the Prius in the pic should be booted, towed, and crushed, but that's because it is a hippy POS, and not because of its race, the noble Toyota.
Fine. If some enterprising Christian, Hebrew, Hindu, Buddhist, Mormon, Zoroastrian, Spiritist, Pagan, Atheist or Agnostic would start a nonprofit taxi service and discriminate in hiring, they could monopolize the market five times daily.
As it stands, good luck starting a new for-profit company and avoiding the hassle of the EEOC's crap.
Or, somebody could walk down that line, taking down numbers, and complain to the taxi licensing board. Then sue them when they don't take action.
