People! You didn't read the article; the whole proposition is a sham to which the lawyers have attached(in very small print)a repeal of California's maximum medical malpractice award of $250,000. If it passes, it will give doctors yet another reason to flee California while they still have two nickels to rub together, and those who remain will have their financial carcasses stripped clean by the malpractice lawyers.
Their malpractice insurance will go up astronomically, too.

Drug test??
I think there should be an IQ test and the results should be made public.
Why other? The voters in Kali that really need to know this info, aren't smart enough to know what to do with the results.
IQ tests are racist. The lefties told me so.
