• Shit. If Trump bails, what fun will politics be?

• "In an op-ed published by EBONY magazine on Friday, Christian activists asked pastors who might back Trump to consider the implications of endorsing a candidate who is considered by many to be an unrepentant racist.

  “By siding with a presidential candidate whose rhetoric pathologizes Black people, what message are you sending to the world about the Black lives in and outside of your congregations? Which Black lives do you claim to be liberating,” the leaders wrote."

  I'm wondering if these Pastors were actually ready to endorse Trump, then caved to these so-called Christian activists? No matter how this happened, it STINKS TO HIGH HEAVEN.

  • Hannity had three of these Pastors on his show, they had absolutely nothing negative to say about Trump. They indicated that the meeting was very positive and that The Donald spent several hours with them, thoughtfully listening and discussing and validating their concerns.
    Yet they still, they are not endorsing him. I don't get it.

    • It's got to be scary, making those first steps off of the plantation. It's the only life they've ever known, and they know the punishment that can come with it.

  • No black will escape the democrat plantation without the wrath of the black that make money by keeping blacks on the democrat plantation.

    I've seen and heard the most vile things said about black conservatives. But that's OK because democrat.

    P.S. Blacks are doing worse than in the last 50 years under the historic first black president. Race relation are as bad as they have ever been in the last 50 years. Democrats don't give a shit about blacks other than getting their votes and the personal power that comes with them.

• Does it occur to you that these Black pastors might have been "spoken to" or that Trump has used this "public event" to smoke out the weasels who will turn on him? Take the "Brironi out of your mouth my friend.

  • So you're saying these pastors cannot think for themselves or have no backbone to stand up to whomever might have "spoken to"? How insulting.

  • The slave massa's have always hunted down the slaves that try to escape the plantation and bring them back in line so they know their place. Nothing has changed, except the slaves go along willingly now.

• Been wondering if this is more of a Dem setup. He no doubt scares the shit out of them. Based upon the assumption the black pastors are most likely Democrats, it would be easy for them to sick Jackson or Sharpton on them and pull some strings and get some to back out and make Trump look like a dumbass.

  • Sorry but to me it sounds more like Trump counted his chickens a little too soon. This was a private meeting where Trump invited the pastors, it was to be held at Trump Towers, and Trump was expecting the endorsement. Got Trump's name all over it. I don't see anyone else to blame.

• These RINOs NEVER put this much energy and dirty tricks into beating Obama and the democrats.

  • They didn't want to appear racist. Winning is secondary to appearances.

    • Good point. It isn't that the Republican party machine isn't every bit as shady as the DNC one, it is rather that they can't get away with it so long as the media is there to report, and if necessary misrepresent, what they are doing. In a situation like this the msm turns a blind eye and then there is nothing to stand in GOPe's way.

      • Which is precisely why the DNC got Obama nominated.
