I doubt it will ever happen. The asinine appeals process we have in this country can go on for 15 years or longer so the best we can hope for is an inmate in the prison he goes to will take care of the problem.

1. He's Muslim.
2. The libtards just love Sharia law.
3. Sharia law doesn't have appeals.
4. Therefore he should be executed immediately.
5. Under Sharia law's eye-for-an-eye policy he should sit on an exploding pressure cooker and ka-boom.
Actually, I think the defendant gets one appeal and then they carry out the sentence.
Not hardly. The first appeal is required by law, his attorneys don't even have to request it. That will take at least 2 years before it gets to a courtroom. Then, the traitors defending him can request two more appeals which can take years to complete. Mass. isn't like Texas, where judges don't put up with a bunch of crap, the state has no death penalty and this will drag out forever. Even if the conviction is upheld, he will have to be taken to another state for execution, the wienies in Mass will not allow it to happen in their state.
Mass has nothing to do with this, it's federal charges. The trial was held in Mass because that's where the crime happened, but it was done under federal ;aw, or there wouldn't have been an option of death penalty.
I know that poppa but federal charges or not, the appeals process is the same. If this clown does get gassed it will be 10 to 15 years from now and it will not happen in Mass. The last person sentenced to death, sometime in the 1980's if I remember right, was taken to Illinois for the sentence to be carried out. That was the point I was trying to make.

And, even though Oklahoma has the death penalty, a federal prisoner is executed wherever the fed says, and the laws of the state where the crime was committed have no bearing on trial, sentence, etc.
Why not just keep it simple? A bullet through the head, bill the family for his living and death expenses...

I saw a story about the coming shortage of lethal injection drugs in America. I saw one of the suggestions is to put this piece of crap in a cage, and use gasoline and matches to dispose of him. I think that is fitting, but first place a pressure cooker with some gunpowder in the cage with him and like the jack in the box, let it be a surprise when it goes boom, but just a small puff of smoke and a flag that says bang...to just tease this dickhead a little..He said an "eye for an eye", according to him he kills us for killing mooselimbs....maybe we should just cut off his legs with a chain saw and let him bleed to death...
