And in the words of esteemed political analyst Gomer Pyle, “Surprise, surprise, surprise.” Unfortunately, even if you could strike media bias from the formula, the lunatics in California would still vote like Vermont.

Actually, Gilligan’s Island is is a good analogy for the Democrat's way of thinking. They spend all their time on the "me, me, me" of creature comforts, but couldn't figure out how to patch the hole in the boat.
