Unequal rights. The Ninth Circus has ruled that an illegal alien convicted felon, previously deported, who snuck back into the U.S. and was arrested again, cannot be deported because he is transgender. Get ready for a wave of illegals saying, “Hey, I think I’m a woman, too!”

This regime will always find a reason not to deport someone. I expect a full-throated condemnation by the President of the homophobic and transphobic policies of the government of Mexico.

Using this logic, the IRS should back off tax cheats because it causes the tax cheat stress to be audited or threatened with jail.

What does gender have to.do'm with anything? The law doesn't say you have to.follow immigration policies unless you are male, female, bi, transgendered, whatever.
