U.S. Admits for First Time Drones Killed 4 Americans: If only President Death From Above had been as interested in saving four Americans in Benghazi as he was in killing these. Not to worry though. We’re sure the media sycophants will remind us that the Obama administration suspension of due process and targeted killing of Americans citizens (douche-bags though they may have been) is nowhere near “Nixonian”.

These assholes were muslims with US citizenship, fighting the jihad against us, on foreign soil. He was able to remove these d-nozzles from the face of the earth before they got the chance to come back to the US of A and blow some of us up ala Boston Marathon. Even better , he as able to do this in a manner that didn't chance another American soldier dying in some foreign shithole. I am finally able to say I support dickboy on something. Now here comes the reason we're hearing about this right now. Smokescreen! Hell, he's even going to make a major speech esplainin' it to us. Why? He's right, it's legal and he wants us looking elsewhere. If he can lead the press down this path he gets off the hook for the IRS thing, Benghazi and whatever else he's trying to dodge right now. Don't fall for it.
Read your constitution, boy!!! There is a constitutional way to do this, and an unconstitutional way that claims all sorts of war powers without following due process.

All you can do is make sure that if one of these "citizens" steps foot in the US you immediately detain him and charge him with a crime.

Can you quote the part of the Constitution that backs your claim? I'm not being a dick here, I just would like to pin point your thought process and in turn, it might change mine. I'll do the same and try to quote justification for my opinion. I believe that dickboy has the power to reach out and "touch" these citizens by any means necessary and he has chosen the option that keeps more troops out of harms way. Both sides of the coin are a double edged sword. We can put boots on the ground, kill the foreign enemy combatants, detain the domestic enemy combatants (our fellow citizens), Mirandize them and put them on trial. We have one of those trials going on in Ft. Hood. An open and shut case if I ever saw one. It's is a circus with no end in sight. The Joker in Boston has been Mirandized and is going to enjoy a circus at our expense as well.

No, not that part!! Wooahh shot from the hip citing the Constitution and I'm just curious to hear the argument. Not certain if it's the use of drones, the targeting of US citizens, how the "kill list" is compiled or all of these issues he feels are unconstitutional. Congress authorized the use of military force after 9/11. That clears the deck IMO. A lawsuit was filed for Anwar al-Aulaqi by his father citing these strikes as unconstitutional. It was tossed out by the judge. Sad to hear that the non-US citizen Yemeni father of a known terrorist can use our legal system to try to call our killing of his asshole terrorist son as a violation of his civil rights!!
I personally feel a drone strike is a bit light for the job. We should be using B-52s and conventional bombs. An arc light strike of 2 square miles, with the known terrorist location being ground zero would send a proper message. Same goes for every IED these sheet heads light off in Iraq, Afghanistan or wherever. Kill every living thing for 2 square miles and the "moderate muslims" would start alerting our troops to the known dangers in the area. They will never like us, respect us or want to be like us. They don't want democracy, freedom or understand the concept of happiness. That leaves us with one option. They need to fear us more than anything else on the face of the earth. Ahh, but we're worried about their civil rights....

I agree with you. In my opinion, the US has gone way too far overboard in keeping people US citizens, even after they engage in behavior that shows that they are essentially abdicating citizenship. let me tell you what happened in my personal life:
My ex hubby's mom married an American and naturalized. She hated the US. As soon as he died, she moved back to her home country, and only came back to visit once or twice in 30 years. She voted in her home country, etc. When she died, she left a liquid estate, since her home country has no estate tax. Well, the IRS got wind of this and declared that she was still an American citizen, and even though she held NO property in the US. On top of everything, she had tried to denounce her us citizenship, but the embassy told her it was not necessary, and that voting in New Zealand would automatically cancel her US citizenship, which was true back then. Only after 1978 or so did the law change. So, the US taxed her estate at FIFTY PERCENT, and assessed her back taxes for 7 years (which they generously negotiated, since no statute of limitations applies. In short, her $15 million estate was about $3 mil after the IRS vultures and the lawyers were done with it.
For the record, I am not bitter about it. But I learned that it is almost impossible to denounce your US citizenship, even if you TRY. So these muzzies who go to the motherland, and take up arms against their fellow Americans? They are still considered citizens. I say kill all of them. Painfully. And take a few hundred of their foreign bros with them!
I wish those four dead had been the ones in charge of the IRS, Homeland Security, DOJ and the EPA.....we would have cause to celebrate.
