What’s with the Obama administration bowing to foreign leaders? Now we have Defense Secretary Robert Gates bowing to Azerbaijan’s Minister of Defense General-Colonel Safar Abiyev.
At least we think it’s the Azerbaijanian Minister of Defense. Based on the uniform, it may well be the doorman at the Waldorf-Astoria.
