“The U.S. is the least racist and least xenophobic country in the world. Foreigners of every race, ethnicity, and religion know this. Most Americans suspect this. Most black Americans and the entire left deny this.” If this is a racist hellhole like the left claims, why are all these people coming here? And why do the utopian paradises they love (e.g. Cuba, North Korea) have to force people to stay?

Used to be a joke, that for all its flaws and failings, the Soviet Union had solved one problem that still plagued the United States.
They had no problem with illegal immigration.
Having a convenient scapegoat to blame for one's own problems is pretty fundamental stuff - especially if one is either unwilling or unable to make corrections in their lives and refusees to accept personal responsibility.
