Considering that Washington DC is within the borders of Maryland, massive scandal is to be expected.
The United States would be a better country if states like Maryland had massive earthquakes and EVERY citizen was killed.
I have been TD every posts of yours today. I posted on one and then didn't on the others. I will just be repeating myself. I don't understand this attitude, liberals do this. If you are a conservative/libertarian this attitude is beneath you. So you are probably not for real.

The Maryland Lawbreakers...excuse me, Lawmakers are just angry because they weren't in on it, and didn't get any loving either.
Of course Maryland lawmakers "are not surprised" by the state's massive prison scandal---they're responsible for it. Maryland is another corrupt blue state controlled by Democrats since forever. The corruption runs long and deep, remember that Nacy Pelosi's father was the Demcorat mayor of Baltimore...corruption breeds corruption. Mayrland is another blue state circling the drain.

I'm serious about this. If you look at some of the poor saps who get RICO thrown against them, they don't come anywhere near being as good a fit as the Democrat Party.
