Instead of a special sauce, it's a special pavement
side wok
Did you hear them just give away his secret recipe? Cigarette butts, stale gum...
I was writing it all down at lightning speed, just like I was watching the Cooking Channel.
I have no problem with it. Any remote possibility of any dangerous microbe is mitigated by cooking.
All he is doing is upsetting weak minded people's sensibilities.
Well if you wanna eat meat off the sidewalk, be my guest...I prefer my cooked in the kitchen and not on beaten the sidewalk in San Francisco. Apparently you have not been to San Francisco and seen how dirty the place is. By the way the thumbs up was a mistake on my part. Enjoy your sidewalk food.....Perhaps you could rustle up a salad from the dumpster.
There's more pee on the sidewalks of SF than in the restrooms. If you want poop you go to the BART stations on Market, they poop on the escalators at night, which is why they jam up frequently. (and I won't even go into the smell).
Is this restaurant's motto "Our Meat Can't Be Beat"?
That one's in the Castro.
Ho Lee Fuc!
Oh geeezzz, my dog would've loved em' !, I'm sure cavemen would've called the H&H services?? and like you never dropped a slab and didn't pitch it , hell no, 5 sec. rule... still good ! WTF? no bigeee.
I think if you watch the video you'll see he pretty much obliterated the 5 second rule. That meat was out there on the pavement long enough for two or three dog walkers to let their leashed buddies get a good sniff and pee. After all, a dog always wants to mark the good spots.
Or say goodbye to his dear departed buddies.
I have an acquaintance who was born in China and speaks the lingo.
One night after work we out for Chinese, the staff did not know my friend could understand their conversation.
The bus boy was telling our waiter he wanted to "eat her ass" and she responded with a highly sexual and detailed conversation..The entire staff was laughing about how "whites" don't what they are eating"
After awhile Nick ( my friend) broke his silence and spoke Chinese to them, our food was collected and replaced with "better food from the kitchen" .
Nick tells us he always gets better food if makes it known he's a native of china.
So be careful that really may be road kill, they think feeding whitey crap is hilarious.
Why I never eat at a Chinese restaurant in SF.
The one great Chinese meal I ever had iin SF was ordered in advance, by a friend from Singapore. Nothing we ate was on the menu. It was the real deal. I'll never forget that dinner.
I have a cookbook of Chinese recipes. I prefer to eat my own cooking whenever possible.
Although there is no concrete evidence this was a normal practice, this will no doubt cement the restaurant's reputation as an unhygienic place to eat.
On a positive note, at least it wasn't a butchered French poodle he was tenderizing.
I believe you are on rock solid ground with your summation. Please don't take it for granite.
Don't worry, I won't crack under the pressure.
Very pedestrian approach to this local food scandal.
Confucius say: when tenderizing meat, use path of least resistance.
This worker is probably pounding the pavement looking for a new career but the his legacy in food preparation is carved in stone.
I will not be eating at this foo king restaurant.
A name change is in order. May I suggest "Rucky Liver"?
