Walmart hypocrisy is the icing on the cake

• Why is it liberals think simply saying "I'm sorry" makes everything hunky-dory again? The damage is already done and only idiots think two little words will fix it.

  Apologies, like excuses, are kind of like assholes and I don't want to hear yours.

  • Of course they are. Guevara fought for, hmmmmm. That's right to make himself rich while pretending to fight for the oppressed. Damn that sounds like a dip shit to me. Sadly the dip shits aren't meeting the fate Guevara met.

  If the south wants to raise again boycotting Walmart would be a great place to start. Hit them hard in their pocketbook.

  • Well, if you don't have too much money to spend, their food prices are very competitive. When my wife lost her job in the mortgage industry and took another job, we lost $40,000 a year in income. That's pretty tough to handle, so we started comparing process and found Wal-Mart was more reasonably priced than Publix or Winn Dixie, especially in the meat dept. We had to find a way to cut expenses and still feed the family.

    • I live in a one horse town with one grocery store and I have compared his prices to Walmart, which is 80 miles away. Some things are cheaper, some are higher and when you figure in the gas and time it isn't worth it. A big plus is I don't see crap like this in our local store.

  • Things have certainly changed there since the kids took over. I used to like Walmart. Now,not so much!

      Plus, when I talk to a store clerk I want to communicate in English. You live in San Antonio, you know what I am talking about. Just because I grew up speaking Spanish doesn't mean I should have to use it to find a gallon of milk in a store in my country.

    • Uh, the article was written about a Walmart manager - not "any intelligent person". Walmart managers wouldn't know an ISIS battle flag from a bar mitzvah cake. :) Personally, I hope Flag Hysteria Week only lasts 6 days because I am really tired of it. Really, really, really... TIRED!!!
