• The only principle Wal-Mart cares about is the bottom line (and I don't mean that like it's a bad thing). They stick a moistened finger up in the air, and if the breeze tells them selling something will cost them, then out it goes.

  They figured that the pluses of selling confederate flag stuff will not outweigh the minuses - that more people will be offended by the flags than they will gain if they do sell them. They probably figured that no one will stop shopping there if they pull the flags, but some people will if they don't.

  So they will sell the Che stuff as long as more people buy it than the number of people who stop shopping there because they sell it. If you're offended by the Che stuff, then stop buying at Wal-Mart, and do it noisily. If enough people follow suit, the crap will be out of there forthwith.

  well, what do we suppose the word DEAL means??? "i cant deal with this or that!!!" outside of that usage, most people have no clue what a deal is.

  okay, maybe it's cause no one offered a deal to go along with that problem... y'know, an "if this, then that." that's what a deal is.

  a deal has two sides.

  to make an offer on one side, someone has to have a stop-gap in place as insurance.

  an alternative would be: we pull flag, you STFU from now on.

  see, you can't just give in with no deal. we all know pulling the flag has no actual use, except a visual win for the libtards, that's it.

  S Carolinians should require an equal offset. what is wrong with humans? have they forgotten how to deal? it seems that way. we give away things all over the world and make concessions without a rational offset or guarantee.

  maybe i'm way off base about this. i don't want to make this into a racial thing... i see it more as a concession made without good faith. what their gov did was commendable on an emotional basis, but it doesn't address the give & take of the action... it's a give without expectations. if it fails to satisfy libtards after a week or two, they'll just want something else taken away. (guess what that is...)
