Jeez, that's the lamest complaint I've ever seen. They were in Kentucky and not in a government building. Common sense says his "legislative aide" wasn't working on legislation in Kentucky, and common sense there are no government assets to be using improperly in a private office building.

What was being discussed is called campiagn strategy. Judd was floating trail balloons and making all kinds of noise that she was going to run. When her comments and strange behavior became clear to the dim wits in this commonwealth, she lost their support.

Funny they are filing it on the VICTIM and not the guys who ILLEGALLY taped to convo. I mean, Ashley Judd has to have a dog as a "calming companion" to get on a damn plane or conduct an interview! And if she's butt hurt over people discussing what she's freely revealed, then she definitely doesn't belong in politics! I hope a judge rejects this suit and McConnell sues Undoing Progress for Kentucky or whatever it's called.
