We don’t think this is a “secret camera” as someone is rather obviously filming this, and we wouldn’t be surprised if it’s not even real smugglers. It does show how easy it is to crack the border fence though and is more proof Janet Napolitano’s nose should be growing.

I've probably said this before, but the best Candid Camera I ever saw was in South Central LA. They put up a nice new cinder block wall to attract taggers. It wasn't long before one came along and started spraying the wall. A short time after he started spraying, nozzles they'd drilled holes for in the cinder blocks popped out and started spray painting the tagger. I about busted a gut I was laughing so hard. I'd pay money to see them do it now.
