No brainer prediction. Not one pothole will be fixed. Not one street light will be fixed. Not one cop will be hired. etc. etc. However the elected city officials will be richer by $300 million of our money. Then they will get even more of our money for their personal bank accounts, less of course the usual kickback to the the DNC.
