The rest of the story, as Paul Harvey would say, is in two parts: one, her father was not sick at all, because a day or two after Gretchen got back to Michigan he was seen HERE IN MICHIGAN shopping at a Costco or something like that; and two, the jet she used was not licensed for charter flights, which is actually a whole different license than the one used for a private jet, so now the feds are investigating the owner of the jet--and that poor slob, who simply didn't feel comfortable saying no to the governor of the state where he does business, will probably be punished by the FAA for using his jet improperly.
This woman is absolutely a disaster.
Why don't I believe her?
Because we all know she has a perfectly good working broom that can get her there in half the time.
