I have never seen compelling evidence that these "transgender" types are anything but severely mentally ill - they're delusional and the psychiatrists that update the DSM book are agenda driven by the gay community.
If you demanded that everyone treat you as a Martian, you'd be diagnosed as delusional and treated appropriately. But claim that you're another sex ( which they aren't ) is just as delusional, but thanks to the gay mafia, society has to change to accept them.
