Wow. The older guy had some serious power in BOTH hands! Those were some hard punches. Junior clearly didn't take him seriously and will hopefully learn to keep his hands up, regardless of his first impression of his opponent. Probably the lesson they were teaching him.

Reminds me of an incident where a local bad ass tangled with a 5th degree black belt. The guy with the belt just wanted to finish his beer and leave, but the punk thought he was bad because he kicked everyone's asses when he picked a fight.
It didn't end well for the dumbass, a couple of boots to the head and a rain of broken teeth finished his night in a hurry.
One of the best pieces of advice I ever gleaned in life I got from an old Spenser novel by Robert B. Parker: never go against a professional in any field of endeavor. If you do your own tax return and think you know your shit, for example, don't argue with a professional tax preparer because you will look silly.
Most importantly, no matter how tough you think you are, don't fight a professional boxer because you won't last a minute. I've never seen this wisdom better demonstrated. The old man is making moves based on thousands of hours of practice and repetition, and a deep PROFESSIONAL understanding of the art of boxing. The young guy is just an amateur who thinks he's tough. In a real fight the old guy's wind wouldn't allow him to last long, but he probably wouldn't have to last long to beat this guy.
I saw one on Cops years back where some young guy tried to mug an old dude on the strip in Vegas. The old dude was a golden gloves boxer in his day and kicked the young guy's ass.
When I was in high school, a bunch of toughs tried to jump a Golden Gloves state champion in front of school one day. They didn't know who he was. He wasn't a big guy so they thought he would be an easy mark. One by one, quite methodically, he kicked their asses and left them sprawled all over the front lawn. And Golden Gloves isn't even the professional level...
