There are undoubtedly those in Congress who look at the results of this poll and say, “Ungrateful peasants.”
Rasmussen has the details:
Heading into the final weeks of the congressional election season, 62% of Likely U.S. Voters believe that no matter how bad things are, Congress can always make them worse. A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that just 19% disagree, with 19% more not sure.
This level of skepticism is shared by a majority of just about every partisan and demographic group, including 53% of Democrats whose party currently controls both houses of Congress.
The only exception is the nation’s Political Class. Seventy-five percent (75%) of voters in the political Mainstream say if something is not going well, Congress can always make it worse, but 63% of the Political Class disagree.
Got that? This poll is completely incomprehensible to the Political Class. They think they’re doing a dandy job. They know that if they just had a little more money to spend, they could do it better. And if they had a lot more money, they could do it a lot better.
And don’t forget it, you uneducated bumpkin.

Congressional Reform Act of 2010
1. Term Limits.
12 years only, one of the possible options below..
A. Two Six-year Senate terms
B. Six Two-year House terms
C. One Six-year Senate term and three Two-Year House terms
2. No Tenure / No Pension.
A Congressman collects a salary while in office and receives no pay when
they are out of office.
3. Congress (past, present& future) participates in Social Security.
All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the Social
Security system immediately. All future funds flow into the Social
Security
system, and Congress participates with the American people.
4. Congress can purchase their own retirement plan, just as all Americans
do.
5. Congress will no longer vote themselves a pay raise. Congressional
pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%.
6. Congress loses their current health care system and participates in
the same health care system as the American people.
7. Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the American
people.
8. All contracts with past and present Congressmen are void effective
1/1/11.
The American people did not make this contract with Congressmen.
Congressmen made all these contracts for themselves.
Serving in Congress is an honor, not a career. The Founding Fathers
envisioned citizen legislators, serve your term(s), then go home and
back to work.
Freddie Kruger has nothing on her
NOOooo !!! The voters wouldn't elected my opponent.
( Nancy wakes up and smells the coffee....uh, tea. )
"look, I shaved my dog's ass and taught him to walk backwards, and this is what I got!"
OMG!! She's got Mad Cow Disease!! Run away!!
Yikes! It's the Demon Chihuahua From Hell!
RE: that picture of Pe-lousy... if eyes are the windows to the soul, she must have one the size of Kalifornia.
I don't think she's trying to be scary looking. It's just that she's had a few too many facelifts & now her face is so full of botox & her skin stretched so tight that she can barely make any real facial expressions any more.
If she gets one more facelift,,,, she'll have a goatee!
I think that if she gets one more facelift, she will be wearing her size 16 underpants on her head.
Congress's motto: Anything worth doing is worth f--king up.
Where can I get a Pelosi mask for Halloween?
That is some kinda scary face.
Python day again.
CROWD: A witch! A witch! A witch! We've got a witch! A witch!
VILLAGER #1: We have found a witch, might we burn her?
CROWD: Burn her! Burn!
BEDEVERE: How do you know she is a witch?
VILLAGER #2: She looks like one.
Just go to your local slaughter house, take a knife and cut the skin off a dead mule's rump, cut out some eye holes then drape it over your head. It won't look quite as scary as Pelosi but it will be close enough.
