“He pushed her on the bed and lay next to her as he played the Pink song ‘Dear Mr President.’”

The opening line of An Inconvenient Truth is “Hi, I’m Al Gore and I used to be the next president of the United States.”

When he said it, everyone laughed and assumed the poor fellow had recovered from the emotional devastation of losing the presidency in 2000 and had learned to deal with it by using self-deprecating humor.

Now it appears that we were wrong. He wasn’t joking, he was complaining. He’s still tortured by that loss. So tortured, in fact, that he uses the same line in a sad attempt to seduce women. To forcibly seduce women, if you know what we mean.

The Portland Oregonian has too much information:

The massage therapist at the center of sex assault allegations against Al Gore told police of her terror as the former vice president mauled her in a Portland hotel room, it emerged late Wednesday.

A copy of her lengthy police statement on the 2006 ordeal was obtained by Oregon media websites including KVAL.com and The Portland Mercury’s Blogtown.

…At the end, she said Gore — who was now clad in a robe — wrapped her in an “inescapable embrace,” gave her a “come hither” look and “caressed my back and buttocks and breasts.”

She said she repeatedly told him to stop, while he giggled, as she feared being raped. Gore twice gave her an “open mouth” kiss, offered her chocolates and Grand Marnier, grabbed her bra strap then pushed her on the bed and lay next to her as he played the Pink song “Dear Mr President.”

Pink’s Dear Mr. President is a pretty harsh condemnation of George Bush and that choice of music (below) makes one question Gore’s fragile mental state.

If you can get beyond the terror the poor woman must have suffered, imagine the anger Gore must have felt.

“I’m Al Gore, damn it, and I used to be the next President of the United States. It’s just not right that the Supreme Court was willing to screw me, but this woman isn’t.”

  • never heard of that pink song, but i always hated her, and now only more so

i couldnt stand listening to it, so i looked up the lyrics, and god damnit is she an ignorant bitch.

also, al gore trying to be sexy, global warming innuendo, gay lisp, lol, etc.

  • What a stupid girl. I mean Pink. She has no idea what she is talking about. I seriously dislike liberal "artists". I wonder if she will make those same songs for Obama once she finds out that no matter his awesome powers of awesomeness he won't end hunger, homelessness and poverty either. In fact he will make it worse.

I hear a lot of different things on this woman. She is unstable, she wants money, etc. So I am iffy on this. I do not however argue against the strong possibility that the man is a serious freak. He has to be.

    • There are so many women who can write & sing so much better then Pink & they are almost unheard of hear in America, who are also far more thoughtful then Pink. It's sad.

      • For real. I like some of her songs, but she is an idiot. A lot of the stuff she sings anyway would be better if sang by someone else. She sent Prince William or Harry an open letter about something they were doing (hunting I think). It was pathetic. It is like who cares what you think Pink? She cannot even remain married for more than a couple of years. It is sad and pathetic to hear these idiots talk and the idiots that hear them talk and agree with everything they say just because they are a celebrity. It is really disgusting.

  • I'm sure she does not know what happened - once Al began talking, I'm certain she drifted off to sleep.

Come to think of it, he probably did too ....

  • "You don't understand. I coulda had class. I coulda been a contender. I coulda been somebody, instead of a bum, which is what I am, let's face it." --- On the Waterfront with more meaning today than ever before.

    • We tend to be skeptical of most things, but this one sounds convincing to us because of the quote in the headline. That's just to crazy for someone to have made up. And if she has the black pants with the DNA stain, well, case closed.

      • I CAN believe he had sex/tried to have sex with this woman. Its just the 'Forcibly' part I have doubts about. If Her story is true, this wouldn't be the first time he's done this. and other women will come forward. Just like they did in the Tiger Woods case.
As much as I hate the guy, and would love for this to be true, and laugh my ass off... I'm not convinced. He's a lot of things, a liar, a bad husband, a Power Hungry Son of a Bitch,

but a Rapist? maybe I underestimated him;).

        • He's been raping the public for years with his faux presentation on something that is not and was never "man-made".

Given that, would he lie about this mess?

  • You know, Gore could have avoided all of this if he had used "Bill's List" instead of Craigslist when he wanted women to come to his hotel.
