Al Sharpton’s Moron Moment of the Day: “The Dow was down 630%!”

Al Sharpton’s Moron Moment of the Day is that special moment that makes the Reverend’s MSNBC show worth watching, that moment when the shameless charlatan’s incoherent thoughts come together with his inability to read a Teleprompter to create entertainment magic.

Take our word for it, at least one of these moments is guaranteed to take place each and every day on the Reverend’s show.

Let’s go to the tape.

  • Maybe Wired Al should change careeeens and become a "professor" like his buddy O'POSSUM - I'd say meth is his strong suit... math.

Or he can invent a new Internet... call it SharpNet.

  • Now that Sharpton has his own show, the IHTM staff will have a very fertile source for articles to post! I suspect we may be seeing "Stupid" Sharpton videos here at least 3 times a week!

    • Yes, the other 97% of his show, they won't even be able to figure out what he said. Shouldn't this show have subtitles? Can you imagine the poor sap trying to type them?

      • Then we can play "What did he say?" like on that talk radio show that was highlighted here not too long ago. (Conway refering to JJ, I think)

  • How is this guy on television, much less a news station? Does the left not even attempt to feign accountability and intelligence anymore?

Al Sharpton is a class A idiot. Leftist intelligence is down over 600%!!!!!

  • ALFRAUD Sharpton,What were you doing twenty years ago this month in Crown Heights,Brooklyn???????????

  • How would you like to be Al's producer? Talk about headaches and heartburn....But thats what happens when you put a dumbshit on Televison. Newton Minnow was about 45 years too early. Television is NOW a vast wasteland

  • Editor & administrator - you do know that Al Sharpton's "moron moment" of the day is a 24-hour-long moment, right?

  • Sharpton has managed to make Sgt. Schultz sound like Edward R. Murrow. Al's blustering incoherence, malapropisms and plain stupidity are a source of endless amusement, a one-man sitcom masquerading as a news program. Maybe it's the plan of MSNBC to gove up its pretense of journalism and become a new Comedy Channel, it already has enough clowns: Reverend Al, Tingles Matthews, Sgt. Schultz and Madcow.

    • What's even better, they can't get rid of him. The race card played from start. Hell, race card, the entire deck will be race cards. No matter how sh!tty his ratings, they can't sack him. Sharpton will point to other hosts & their spectacular lack of ratings, over very long stretches of time, & axe them why are they still on the air? Matthews, Madcow, Special Ed, Dilligan, & the rest of them have piss-poor numbers, so Al will point out(with justification)those numbers. He is in the money, & he knows it. This from the idiot we all saw back about 20 years ago in track suits & gold chains, looking like an extra in the Rob Base video for "It takes 2".
