4 billion to keep police officers on the streets across the country? Anyone care to guess how that 4 billion will be divied up? I got 10 to 1 that says red states won't see a dime of that 4 billion. These sorry aholes never pass up an opportunity to buy votes.
Didn't Zoo York State just tell police they could only have 7 rounds in their guns too? May take that much to find cops just in that state.

In between working on the rocking horses, riding my bicycle over to the world's largest gem show and swap meet, and hiking all over the desert checking out old mining ruins. I think it'll be a fun 3 or 4 months.
