You would think with the small number of candidates who want his endorsement, he could at least be familiar with their names.
I'm thinking he would be just as happy to have the entire bunch of Demo0gods to be blown out. This way, as (his thinking, not mine!) the country goes through a very painful series of Obombie changes, the Republicans will take the blame by 2012, when he's up for re-election.

I think he was trying to pronounce a very easlily prounounced western name as in his muslim dialect. Diane Dayneesh. John Smith is pronounced John Smethcha.
I'll bet if the woman's name was Shibazziwaquilla D'wantarius or Shaqira Abu Ibn Haq'harr, Obongo wouldn't have had a problem pronouncing it.

A 'prompter COULD tell him how to pronounce words, if whoever inputs the words for him was smart enough to spell them phonetically. I'm kind of surprised they didn't figure that out already.
Are you kidding me? I thought TOTUS was its own entity and given the number of gaffs, it's is on our side.
I wouldn't think they'd have that kind of brains -- after all, even Chris Mathews is hating on his 'prompter. Of course, listening to the ol' bamabrain hem and haw trying to find words without it may give people the idea that he really isn't that bright after all. He sure as heck can't think on his feet without a committee to do it for him.
Maybe they can plug an earpiece into him, and then he might start sounding intelligent. That is, if he has someone intelligent speaking into it, and judging by his WH staff, I'd say that it'd take seventeen of them together to make up just one half-wit. Maybe he can open up another czarship.
