  Looks like the wise black leftist leaders of B'more have another problem on their hands. But is this really a problem? If whitey gets completely out of the city there should be a wonderful non racist and prosperous entity, right?

  Well at least the mayor and council have achieved one thing never done before in our nation's history, a national league baseball game played in an empty stadium. A feat I anticipate may happen quite often in the city's future.

  • They must have seen the autopsy.

• IMO, gov't attorneys should not be allowed to suppress any evidence. Ever.

  Their job is to get the truth, not to up their stats, or win the case that is in the news at any and all costs. This does not apply to defense attorneys, whose job is to get their client off or the best possible deal. I have no problem with different standards applying to the defense and the prosecution.

  A person is always presumed innocent, and the burden of proof is on the gov't. They don't draw straws to see which way the presumption goes, nor is it part of the grand jury proceedings. So right from the start, there are different standards.

• Just like the feds, when you hide stuff, it is for a reason. Freddie's Dead and she knows why but won't let anyone know. Is she gonna try and keep it from the defense? If she does I hope some judge sends her fugly ass to the jail for a few days to think about and the BAR says you can't play lawyer any more.

• The defense is going to have a field day with this. The autopsy in this commonwealth is made available to both sides during a trial and investigation.

  Guess the communist hag feels she must hide the report in order to ensure the outcome of the "trial".

  • Exactly! She is in violation of the rules of discovery. She must make all her information available to the defense so they can prepare for trial. I see a mistrial or an acquittal in their future.

    • I guess she was absent that day in law school when they taught rules of evidence and discovery. Affirmative action strikes again with another unqualified "lawyer" who got their degree based on quotas and the color of her skin rather than the content of her tiny amount of grey matter. Just like Moochie and Barry--who by the way BOTH had their law licenses yanked by the state of Illinois.

    • I think she has to give it to the defense, but not to the police- as an entity. Then she will try to keep it private until the trial. Still pretty crappy and if done by anyone but a black and rioter sympathetic DA, the city would be erupting in charges of a cover up...

      I think it will show he was high as crap on a drug-store list of things. I think hoping for my than that is setting us up a downfall in expectations.

        I believe they will give it to the department, so they can make it public knowledge before the trial.
