Let us cast our minds back to those remarkable days in November 2008 when the son of a Kenyan goatherd was elected to the White House. It was a bright new dawn – even brighter than the coming of the Kennedys and their new Camelot. JFK may be considered as being from an ethnic and religious minority – Irish and Catholic – but he was still very rich and very white. Barack Obama, by contrast, was a true breakthrough president. The world would change because obviously America had changed.
Obama’s campaign slogan was mesmerisingly simple and brimming with self-belief: “Yes we can.” His presidency, however, is turning out to be more about “no we won’t.” Even more worryingly, it seems to be very much about: “Maybe we can… do what, exactly?“ The world feels like a dangerous place when leaders are seen to lack certitude but the only thing President Obama seems decisive about is his indecision. What should the US do about Libya? What should the US do about the Middle East in general? What about the country’s crippling debts? What is the US going to do about Afghanistan, about Iran?
What is President Obama doing about anything? The most alarming answer – your guess is as good as mine – is also, frankly, the most accurate one. What the President is not doing is being clear, resolute and pro-active, which is surely a big part of his job description.
Amazing, isn’t it, that people who have English as a second language would be able to state the situation so clearly.

What's so interesting about this article is that a (now not-so-conservative) world power such as the UK can so easily see through the outward facade of this (liberal) do-nothing Prez. This is despite the fact that so many in our USA seem totally blinded by him & his "charm"(???).
When a leader of a world power is weak and ineffectual, it becomes glaringly obvious to all . . . Except perhaps those too close to be able to see things objectively. As one quote goes, "the problem isn't so much with Obama but those who elected (and re-elected) him!
I CAN NOT believe that a conservative tabloid would say that about Obama.
His real father was not a goat herder- that was (part of) the storyline. His real father was Frank Marshall Davis who was watched by the FBI..a Communist who worked in cahoots with the Communist party. It was through these connections that the red diaper baby- known as Barack Obama -made his move. Once he said he was Frank Marshall Davis's boy, they hooked him up. Barack Obama (from Kenya) was offered a deal to get a Ph.D at Harvard if he claimed that he was the father. Why do you think Frank Marshall Davis "mentored" him for years..in Marxism! FYI: Franky Jr. aka Barack Obama was a "C" student- never even wrote a single article for the HLR..and he was President of that club! More than $5M was spent to conceal records upon taking office; all/most of the witnesses- including his Grandmother -disappeared..what a curiosity? Really, why? Frankly, who cares? I would much prefer to see a debate....but we all know that'd never happen....ElRushBo would destroy the mindless little man.... I'd pay big bucks to see that...
Because one can be judged by how they conduct themselves on the golf course. He can bluff his way through a debate & not answer the questions as asked. He did just that, with the help of the moderators as well. But on the golf course, nothing would save him. No affirmative action, no ass kissing by the MSM, no telepromters, nothing, could save his ass out there.
All you need to wipe out a guy like Obama in a debate, is a moderator who will just ask the same question again if it isn't answered the first time.
A debate where there are NO teleprompters and NO pre-screened questions ...and NO moderator from the MSM would be great, but that ain't gonna happen.
