Sounds like more PC bullsh*t on the surface. Is it possible this rapper asshole is a gangbanger and the cover art depicts some disrespet ( <intentional sp. ) towards a rival gang? What is the significance of the blank sheet of notebook paper? maybe that particular pistol was used to kill a rival?
For the record, I would love to see the entire rap industry thrown off the planet, so I have no problem with whatever they do to this asshole or anyone else associated with rap.

I hate Rap with every fiber of my being, but this is bullshit. This guy came up on the radar for some reason that is not being told. Hell almost all Rap contains hate speech, cop killing, woman beating, drug references....I have a feeling this guy is being prosecuted because some official somewhere and sees it as a way to further their career.I wonder if they are gonna prosecute Clint Eastwood for all the times his posed with a gun for movie posters? This is stupid, and a waste of money. But then it is Kalifornia at it's best, Now you can be prosecuted for a picture of a gun......
It's a good thing he didn't put a picture of a pop tart bitten into the shape of a gun on the cover, he might face the death penalty!

The only thing worse would be one of those 10-22s that kill 22 people with every 10 shots, or the AK-47, which kills 47 people every time you pull the trigger!
