Jerry Brown is very Jealous of President Buckwheat. He can't run Kalifornia by executive order and can not raise taxes to 90 percent, and give everyone in the state free shit....He had turned Kalifornia in to a "brown Hole"....Similar to a black hole in outer space, but the Brown Hole only sucks in crap.....
How about we use 'non-traditional citizen'? Or, in the interest of accuracy, 'criminal'?
