Dalton Tyler, who said he has known Roof for seven months to one year, said he saw the white, 21-year-old suspect just last week.
“He was big into segregation and other stuff,” Tyler said. “He said he wanted to start a civil war. He said he was going to do something like that and then kill himself.”

It is very unfortunate for us he did not complete the second part of his plan, anyone who shoots unarmed people is a coward at heart. His punishment will take years to carry out, if it ever is. He may not survive in prison for long.

Yes. And if I recall, neither Manson nor his followers used a gun for their sprees yet we still have access to knives, hammers, etc. Hmmmmmmmm.

If anything this should be an indictment of the mental health system. because demotards want these people to be in society, we get a constant stream of mentally ill who do damage. Yet mention putting these people in an institution and demotards go absolutely nuts..I suppose because the mentally ill vote democrat is the main reason.
