They complain about CO2 emissions while they sit there guzzling Coke and Pepsi, burping out more CO2 than a tractor trailer pulling 40,000 lbs uphill.
Ban soft drinks and see what the CO2 levels are then!

The alarm bell rang after reading the section within the Background paper that established (along with a load of other tax payer monies sink holes) the Resource Allocation Framework (RAF) together with “Additional Funding Components.
(i) A RESOURCE ALLOCATION FRAMEWORK (RAF)
“Where by: China, India and the Russian Federation are likely to receive the most under the RAF formula, followed by Brazil, Mexico and South Africa, followed by a group of countries that includes Argentina, Egypt, Indonesia, Islamic Republic of Iran, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Pakistan, Romania, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine and Venezuela.”
(ii) ADDITIONAL FUNDING COMPONENTS
“Two (2) funding components: (A) "GHG Emissions" mitigation at an estimated cost of 380Billion by 2030 and (B) "Adverse Impact" mitigation at an estimated cost of USD171Billion by 2030 of which "Coastal Zones" (Increasing Sea Level) is $11Billion.”
The Background Paper goes on to describe, as a means of sourcing additional funding, “Governments establish(ing) indirect levy’s” with Cap and Trade being named as such a levy vehicle. So there you have it: Governments now in play as the collection agency for tax payer’s monies (contributing) to be handed over for the UN to run their "Adaption Fund" and to be distributed as described within the RAF.
And all under the control of the UN (you can also research and verify the Soros link from within the Background papers) with its Global Governance aspirations.

So basically it's a big FAIL. The couldn't come up with any real agreement so they agreed to agree to try and find something they can agree on.
Cap-n-trade , global warming , carbon reduction , etc , etc, etc, , has been in my opinion nothing more than an attempt to set up a funding mechinism for a global government .
You get together a bunch of mush headed , ill taught , miss informed zealots that believe what they're told , inspite of all the damming evidence that proves them wrong and you have a religious movement with the masters getting most , if not all the rewards.
Throw in heavy campaign contributions , to keep the hitters in your camp and what we end up having is corruption beyond our wildest dreams.
