• These cracker heads brought it on themselves. They were driving through a neighborhood on a public street, which is legal, and all they had to do was keep their damn mouths shut and keep driving. Who cares if someone at the party threw something at them? If one of the pickups was damaged they could have called the law themselves and gotten the problem straightened out instead of running their mouths.

• Even handed commentary:

  Sober minded people, without mind issues, that aren't racists and that understand human nature, will agree that this was an act of aggression (unnecessary and mindful aggression) against the people assembled in that neighborhood party. I said aggression not violence, for a reason. Please read on.

  These are self-important White people who entire self-worth is based on the happenstance that they were born light skinned. That right there is already sad and stupid. So these are stupid people and stupid people say and do stupid things when the right (or wrong) stimuli appears. They may have been drinking... another stupid move. They just came from a rally so they were feeling EXTREMELY arrogant. Some of them had a physical altercation with someone else earlier in the day, they got away with it at the moment and probably itching to get into more physical altercations (they were later arrested for that). They were waving a flag that that for 152 years (give or take) has come to symbolize oppression of others/enslavement, and (arrogant) pride in being from a certain region (that was DEFEATED in battle) and believing in certain racist dogmas. These people are losers all around. This flag HAS been used to signify aggression and violence against people (white, blacks and others) and that has been displayed in protest against rights for all citizens of color. They knew what they were doing, when they drove through that neighborhood. It is not that much different from what the KKK would have done/does. So it was an aggressive move on their part. Please read on.

  They waived this flag through a party that comprised a good number of Black people (if not all). Do not know if that was a mostly/all Black neighborhood, the stories I read other than the one above does not mention it. If indeed it is a mostly/all Black neighborhood there can't be no discussion what these racist fools were doing and perhaps hoped to do: instill fear in people... More on that later. However, they did made their presence known in a party where they could see it was mostly/all Black people. We can infer a lot from that already. Basically EVERYTHING that they did that day as individuals and as a group indicates that they were feeling mighty superior and impertinent and they wanted to display their pompous stupidity to those assembled there, HOPING that SOMETHING happened, so they could make their pathetic lives mean something. It may not seem very even handed right about now, read on...

  The thing is that they STUCK around. The police tend to arrive rather tardy to events, they were called, but there is no way they arrived there within seconds of being called. The video that I saw online shows the cops already there, so there is no video (it seems) of the situation before the cops got there. What fascinates me is that these puffed up a$$holes, instead of parading THROUGH the event and leaving immediately after, STAYED in the area long enough and only left AFTER the cops came along and told them to move on (this is from the video). We can infer a lot from that too. Some people there at the party wanted them to be arrested, but they weren't, perhaps because of the conflicting stories. Not one of them needed medical attention, nor looked dirty and their trucks looked pretty good/clean so the story that the Black party goers were throwing things at them, could not be confirmed. It also seems that they didn't come down from their trucks and started a violent act, so other than displaying the flags there is no way of proving that they were taunting the party goers with racist epithets (someone should have started recording earlier from either side, there doesn't seem to be a recording from either side from before the cops got there).

  I am all about freedom of speech for I don't let anyone tell me what I should say or censor me, I don't care how old they are, how insane they are, how white/other skin color they are, how rich they are, whatever... So did these racist assholes have the right to parade their sh*tty racist flag on the public avenues and streets? Absolutely. If they paraded without violence at this event they have the right to do so, even though it was an aggressive arrogant move on their parts that was meant to incite fear, displeasure, anger, and insult the ego of those present (including the innocent children). It must have hurt the eldest people there to see that a lot has changed, but a lot has remained the same and yet ANOTHER young generation will grow up with at least one memory of racial discord and aggression in this country. That is sad. I believe the racist fools used their right stupidly and with unnecessary aggression, but they had the right to display their flag as they have the right to be stupid and racist. The people at the party had the right to express their displeasure at this very aggressive and racist act so if they hurled insults at them (back at them?), they had that right, that does not make them haughty to defend their position with words (but they wouldn't have the right to retaliate violently and as far as the video show there is no evidence of that).

  They/Someone called the cops to keep things peaceful which was a good idea and the cops told them to move along, they had made their point: They are White, they are racist a$$holes, they were arrogant and feeble minded and they needed to let the world know... *claps* good for them.

  Now the question is: Was this a terrorist act? It was definitely a gang aggressive move, but was it a terrorist act per se? Considering that the KKK (which is a gang) did/does things of these nature in order to instill fear on people, arresting them for gang activity is not that far-fetched. This is no different than a gang in Chicago or Detroit or Los Angeles or Houston or New York, etc. walking or riding around with their gang colors, flags or their gang signs or graffiti or tattoos. However of course these gangs are not arrested for displaying any of these things, they are arrested when they ACTUALLY commit a crime or an act of violence. The idiots were aggressive in their display, but they weren't violent (there is no evidence), so not sure if this merit actual imprisonment... PERHAPS fines (they DID disturb other citizens PEACEFUL assembly). This is an interesting case when it comes to the gang angle.

  I am not 100% on the terrorism angle. Considering that the word morphs according to the times at hand, not sure that in THIS day and age the word terrorism per se should be used here. It should be concentrated for those acts that truly give the word meaning and we all know what I am talking about. So yes I will agree that the terrorism angle for this day and age in which we live in, is not appropriate for this particular situation (this may have been rightly considered so -in this country- perhaps way over 100 years ago but not now). That was an exaggeration, that will unnecessarily ruin their lives (they were ruining their lives already in my opinion, but that is another matter). Don't feel good about the terrorism angle, we need to be very careful with that in this day and age. The gang angle I can see it, but since there were no violent acts not sure about imprisonment... but since they DID impose themselves on the constitutional and civil rights of other citizens and terminated their peaceful assembly with their aggressive racist act... perhaps fines? community service? something else less... final and prisony should have been tried here first.

I believe the racist a$$holes were arrogant and aggressive (it doesn't matter if it was only silent (doubt it)) and something should have happened to them, but not quite so overwhelmingly final. The party-goers had the right to retaliate with words (if they did/most likely). Had the racists just moved the heck on quickly, this perhaps wouldn't have been a major issue, other than of course leaving a very bad taste in the mouth of innocent people who were peacefully assembling and minding their own business... so yes something should have happened to the racist because of that.

  By the way this has nothing to do with BLM not on either side as the party goers had nothing to do with them and the racist were doing something else entirely, so I don't understand that angle... but whatever.
