Since when does the state need to rehabilitate someone's religious beliefs? They could have denied service because they wore sandals, or rode bicycles, o r whatevet. That's their right, and market forces will deyermine how long and whomthey can refuse. These people need a serious attorney who.willsue the living hell outof everyone connected with this farce! I don't know who this Avakian asshole thinks he is but I think he should be arrested then prosecuted for his crimes. Harassment, using his office to intimidate citizens and grand theft would be a good start then he should be kicked out of office.
