DHS tells American border guards to run away from illegal immigrants hurling rocks at them, fleeing in vehicles

DHS tells American border guards to run away from illegal immigrants hurling rocks at them, fleeing in vehicles. DHS should just start hiring French Border Patrol Agents and this will happen naturally.

    • That is probably accurate. But the whoe family will sign up. No one will be checking THEIR birth certificates, nor their fake ID's, driver's licenses, SS numbers, etc.

  • Great what's next? Rockets? Our border will look like the Israeli Border....What a bunch of fucking loons...

    • Well, I look at it this way. If they're throwing stuff like rocks at our guys, they should be able to throw pineapples at the illegals.
I just want them to make sure they pull the pins before throwing the pineapples.

  • DHS Directive 2975: Tell border crossers to go away, or you will taunt them. Then, taunt them. And if necessary, taunt them a second time. If all else fails, fart in their general direction.

  • OMG when did the French military take over? What about arresting all their asses and then sending every last one of them back to where ever they came from.

Take DNA sample, upon re-arrest, charge them as an invader and let the US Military Justice be put in play.

    • Are you kidding? Obama doesn't even want the US Military Justice system to deal with the terrorists at Gitmo!

  • The world will soon stop laughing at us behind our backs and commence doing so right in our faces. Perhaps the illegals will find weaponry that's truly damaging to the future American agent and begin hurling insults until the guards curl themselves up in fetal balls, sobbing uncontrollably.

    • So what you're saying is that the border patrols will soon be trained by Arizona Senate Republicans.

        • Thanks. I've missed conversing with the great people here. I've been spending all of my time looking for work. I have only had time to peruse the posts and no time to comment. I have finally found a job and I started today. It's not my dream job, but for now it's a paycheck. We spent all of our savings paying the bills while I was off. I hope to be able to have more time, but it will most likely be only in the evenings.(CST)

          • Hey, you know what? It may not be the dream job, but at least you had the integrity to get a job! There are too many out there that would use it as an excuse to live off the government teat. I for one am proud to know you!

          • I was off for 5 months and was about to pull my hair out. I was going nuts. I don't know how anyone could just sit at home and not want or need to be productive in some way.

          • ticking away the moments that make up a dull day
fritter and waste the hours in an off hand way
kicking around on piece of ground in your home town
waiting for something or someone to show you the way?

          • "I was off for 5 months and was about to pull my hair out. I was going nuts. I don’t know how anyone could just sit at home and not want or need to be productive in some way."

While reading this and thinking Pink Floyd, I realized how closely the lyrics from "Time" went along with it. Uncanny really.

          • I know you weren't implying that I was a couch potato or being intentionally lazy, but I wasn't frittering or wasting the hours away and I wasn't making money, at least not very much. I was house-keeper, cook and handy-man, when I wasn't spending many hours per day researching employment.

I was able to make a few dollars here and there by doing some simple gunsmith work for friends who were good enough to pay me for it.

One benefit was that I learned how to disassemble(down to springs and screws) and reassemble every single firearm that I own and was able to finish building another 1911.

          • You know what though? Doing something you really like, and making a living at it, is the real American Dream.
If you really like gunsmithing, and can make good money at it, you should consider making a business of it. Start off as a part time thing, and watch it grow. That's how I got started in construction, and once I started doing at as a sideline, I found I had so much work coming from referrals from customers, that I had to quit my job. It didn't take long either.

          • No worries, sifi, I know what your saying. Floyd is one of my favorites also. I read somewhere that David Gilmore is an Objectivist(no wonder I like him), and I wonder if that and Roger Waters being such a hard Marxist isn't one of the conflicts between the two.

I've always been around firearms and shot rifles and shotguns as a youngster, but it's only been the last 20 yrs that I've been a "gun nut". The gunsmith stuff is just a hobby. I found that I was fairly skilled at it after I finished my first 1911 build and someone who is a 1911 enthusiast told me that it was the best, most accurate pistol he'd seen for less than $2000.00. Now I've built a few and it's almost as much fun building them as it is shooting them.

          • Gunsmith, now that is a trade that could pay off in the future. You hear it more all the time, when things go south firearms and ammo will be worth more than gold.

          • No, not implying that at all. Just weird how what you wrote reminded me so much of the lyrics. I can see where the first line could imply what you said but I took it as being frustrated because of being out of work and how time drags when your anxious for your next employment and income.
I know it was coincidental but when you look at the key words it's amazing, at least to me.

off for 5 months - ticking away the moments that make up a dull day

was about to pull my hair out. I was going nuts - fritter and waste the hours in an off hand way

I don’t know how anyone could just sit at home - kicking around on a piece of ground in your home town

and not want or need to be productive in some way - waiting for something or someone to show you the way

The avatar had me thinking Pink Floyd, and it was one of my favorite and most listened to bands of the day. I'm sorry if it offended you. I truly didn't intend to.

          • Half a year out of high school and two months into a four year hitch in the army. I listened to this album more times than any other by far. This was before I got high on Jesus and Jesus only.

          • Thank you poppajoe49. I'm glad to see you've overcome the battles with your demons. I have to say that the Born Again Experience is the most amazing and important event in my life. I compare it to the day of Pentecost where Jesus' disciples receive power from on high to live for Him. His Word was and still is an essential part of my Christian walk.

            Psalm 73:28
But as for me, it is good to be near God. I have made the Sovereign LORD my refuge; I will tell of all your deeds.

"Point being, I am glad that we are all on a good path and that we have all found each other here. It is good to know that we have support for our beliefs." Amen!

          • Wow sifi, that's awesome!
I'm glad to hear that you found your way out of the life you were leading. Whatever route you took, it is the end result that matters.
I will say this, although I am not Born Again, I have always been a spiritual person, being raised Catholic gave me a basis for my beliefs, but didn't fully shape my life. There were many things about the Catholic Church that put me off, but they didn't keep me from believing. I am the oldest of 3, all boys. The next younger spent much of his teen years watching Robert Schuller on the TV in his room, and he is now Born Again. The youngest, I'm not sure where he stands.
I had my battles with my demons when I was younger, alcohol, drugs, women, you know, all the fun stuff. I got to a point where I looked at the place I was and decided I was on a fast track to Hell, so I quit drugs, cut down drinking to a normal social drinking level, and stopped chasing tramps. I joined the military, and found my moral compass and responsibility. Although I didn't seek the Lord's help, I don't think that He wasn't there, but quietly guiding me. Fortunately for me, I was still young, I was only 22 when I went in the military, and cleaned myself up, so I wasn't too far off the right track.
Whatever our stories and situations, the end result, being clean, sober, and productive members of society, are the most important part. How we got here will vary from person to person, and whatever works for each of us is what is important. Point being, I am glad that we are all on a good path and that we have all found each other here. It is good to know that we have support for our beliefs.

          • God meets us where we are, as soon as we ask. He will not force a relationship,. but will come to you in an instant. Not everyone has an experience like yours, but it is life changing for those that do.

          • Cold turkey for the most part. It was the true Born Again experience. After getting out of the army the alcohol and drugs had gotten much worse. I drew the line at using needles. One night after leaving a party where I watched my friends shooting up cocaine and desiring to do so myself, I pulled my van in to a parking lot, got on my knees and prayed along the lines of I know my life is going down the drain and I want to change.
My grandmother was praying hard for me at the time. My sister and a couple of others had witnessed to me about Jesus, so I prayed to Him for help. That night in that van I felt His presence and complete joy lift me out of my conviction. A few days later while walking out of a store a complete stranger handed me a New Testament Bible. I started reading it and Christ started the process of changing my life. After a few days I felt the urge to quit smoking. I threw the full pack I had away and that was the end of that. I haven't had alcohol since the conversion. I started going to church with my sister. I disconnected with my old friends and made new ones at that church. It was real and still is.

          • It's because you weren't raised like that, think of what it is like for those who are generational welfare recipients, they know no other way, and most of them wouldn't want it any other way.

          • I started to say congratulations (on the job), but then thought, it had (has) to be hard. We did miss you and even if you can only "drive-by" occasionally or do 15 minutes in the middle of the night... glad you're back.

        • Me too, and that avatar still cracks me up. Especially when I remember I was dumbfounded the first couple times I saw it and then it hit me. Like, well, another brick in the wall.

  • So what's next, training on how to yell "Jesus Christ, run away!!! Run Away!!!"????

  • the joke is obama and homeland security, far more concerned what you are saying on your phone or internet activities. Millions illegally cross the boarder, receive their democratic vote card, welfare, medical and housing, all compliments of a president that hates America.

  • The French are going to start telling American jokes. Here's one: "Barack Obama."
