Dick Morris forecasts landslide loss for Obama in 2012

dick morris

Yeah, we know that Dick (buy my book) Morris is full of crap at least 50% of the time, but that’s not enough of a deterrent to keep us from enjoying this video clip.

Try to ignore the fact that he looks like he’s doing a Mr. Rogers impression and concentrate on the poll numbers he reviews.

It’s not a pretty picture he paints for one Mr. Barack Hussein Obama.

  • For all of his self promotion, Morris does understand the voters and has bee prett much on the money for some time.

Let all of us hope that there is a country left when barry is out of office come 1/20/13.

  • Unfortunately Dick Morris has been wrong before. I WISH it were true, but I believe there are too many guilty white folks out there who want to prove AGAIN how not racist they are by voting for the black candidate. They refuse to see the empty suit he is and only see the "positive" action of voting for an African-American. How insane to vote for or against anyone based on someone's race!

  • I hope Dick is right but he has a bad habit of being wildly inaccurate. He had a book before 2008 saying the next presidential race would be Condoleeza Rice vs. Hillary Clinton. His predictions for Republican pick-ups in 2010 were way overblown. Obama is an incumbent with the media on his side who will run the most negatively expensive campaign in history in a nation in which a lot of people don't pay attention. I think something has finally changed with the S&P downgrade though. I'm suspicious of Romney because of his abortion flip-flop and RomneyCare. But if he makes the following argument:I'm experienced at fixing things and I'll fix the economy, I suspect he would trounce Obama. You'll be able to tell Obama is in trouble if the media makes this argument:If the country doesn't re-elect its first black president it proves that the country is still prejudiced.

  • Well Well Well
I like the fact that he mendtioned the TRUE DARK HORSE candidate. MR Cain.
    GO Mr C

    • I agree with your sentiment entirely except for the fact that Mr. C has taken himself out of the race by expressing his explicit hatred of Muslims. This has separated him from the independent base he needs to secure the presidency. Unfortunately, the best candidates for office seem to keep eliminating themselves while the worst candidate continues to soar in public polls. I dislike Romney immensely, and truly believe it may be better to have Obama reign for another 4 years then elect Romney to office now. First, we need to affect change. It really doesn't matter if it is in 4 years or now. We need REAL CHANGE.

If Romney is elected and continues us on the same path as Bushbama, then all that will happen is a Republican backlash that we can truly not afford, as the Tea Party has polarized the GOP into two competing sub-parties that are going to limp into the primary.

Now, consider the alternative, Bush created such a backlash in the GOP that a democrat president was guaranteed to win in 2008. It has also altered political appeal for independents for the last two years. Give Obama another four years, and the same will happen; and if we are able to elect a true Conservative to office, it will change public opinion for DECADES.

Things are changing though. We will have to give this conversation another year to bear fruit. I just hate Romney.

  • Why does it always come down to the lesser of 2 evils when electing a President? Although at this rate I'd take a trained Lab Rat over the current occupant of the White House. What we need is to elect a Congress and a Senate who can force the latest figurehead to do something besides campaign, gold, and blame everybody else.

  • Morris...he's the guy who said Hillary would be the nominee...then he had McCain winning it...he's still mad at Slick Willie for kickin' his ass after the South Carolina primary loss...then the hookers/toe sucking..and, Morris is the worst book whore...the essential limp Dick. Better if Krauthammer or Nate Silver makes the prediction.

  • As for use tea part people leaving the Republicans, no, we are not that silly. Why would we take the chance of another 1912, and the result being Obama reelected. I'll take my chances with another Rino as president and just gain more representative seats. We can hamstring him too since all spending comes from the house.

  • Never underestimate the Republican's ability to shoot themselves in the foot and nominate another losing combination like McCain/Palin. Obama is a disaster but he's an able campaigner. Too, most of the MSM will be on his side hiding his blunders while exaggerating those of any Republican candidate.

We can look forward to a nasty, dirty, big money campaign in 2012. Obama, his
union allies, Wall Street, Hollywood and the fevered Left will spend whatever it takes and pull all the dirty tricks necessary to reelect him.

    • Exactly, Elrond. Bobo's ACORN & SEIU minions gamed and thugged Dem caucuses across the country, especially in Las Vegas, which is where I lived and voted during the previous pres. election cycle. I witnessed this chit w/my own eyes. As a former Dumbocrat (thought I had to be because I believe in social freedoms), I summed it up thusly: Bobo stooped to Rovean tactics, took them lower, and then used them against his own party. HRC's campaign filed a complaint, which was ignored by the NV Dem Sec of State. KNPR invited me and a pal on to talk about what we witnessed, promising the discussion would be civil. Of course, it was everything but. However, worth it, because two months later, the LV office of ACORN was raided, etc. But back to "by any means possible": recall that the DNC's Rules and Bylaws Committee stole delegates from HRC and from "Uncommitted," which according to Dem Party constitution is a valid candidate from which no delegates can be taken. They heaped these dels on Bobo like so many rose petals for the affirmative rights candidate. Additionally, they violated Sunshine Laws at this meeting. All together, between unchecked caucus cheating and RBC shenanigans, Bobo stole the nomination. And then, Hill the Hack, instead of pursuing her rightful legal filing against the a'hole (Hawaiian word), goes and works for him. Republicans, Libertarians, conservatives, and anyone else who wants to see Bobo and Michele Antoinette out of the WH will need to work diligently to root out/prevent the cheating that the Dems will do and the media will cover up.

      • Very informative and a preview of the 2012 election. I don't doubt that Obama and his "by any means necessary" crowd will set new lows in dirty campaigning. No matter how badly the economy tanks money will not be a problem for Obama's campaign and he has a hard core of loyalists ready to take to the streets as he out-Roves Rove. He can also depend on the majority of the MSM to carry his water. We can take nothing for granted.

    • You are right on, Elrond. Just look at the story that came out yesterday about Rick Perry's college grades. They are all over that one, yet not a peep as to where President Obama's transcripts are.....
I also agree with others who have posted that the MSM will tell us who they fear most by attacking them mercilessly. I pray for wisdom for a whole bunch of folks who think they may support the president in the next election.
