Wow, this decision is so illogical it's gone a mile past funny. Two Obama appointees and a Clinton appointee - the morons have taken over the court system, there is no hope at all.
As an aside, if we used this logic on all bills, NO bill is a tax bill because NO bill actually raises revenue when you consider the money that comes in is spent before it gets there. Just flippin' stupid.

I've got bad news... The courts aren't going to come in and throw out the ACA on this basis. It is a totally genuine problem that the Dems thought they could engineer their way around and thumb their noses at the Constitution. The problem is that we are what, 5 years later, everything is set up and you are going to do what, throw everything away? SCOTUS won't do it.
I'd like to think that Roberts was playing the long-game with the first decision so that he could invalidate the law on this one, but his comments about giving deference to the legislature to write laws will probably sway him not to vote the right way.
It's just another sausage fest of the elites thinking that they can tweak, twist and frankly break the law while all of us are on the carpet to answer for every line of the federal code. We all know that they played fast and loose and broke the law, but the Free Shit Army will not be denied 'their' stuff.
You can think the RINOs as conservatives that have given up their principles, but the other way to look at them is that they realize the ship is going down and there is nothing that you can do to stop it so you might as well cash in too. There won't be any Maggie Thatcher or Ronald Reagan to change this course. The systems are too big, too entrenched and the fraction of the elites gain too much power doing out crumbs that the half need to survive.
It's not the 47% against us. It's the top 10% in the top half that think of themselves as Progressives. The over-educated and under-learned 'intelligenisa' that secularly pontificate about how we should all lives our lives under a collectivist based system that has failed or worse everywhere it has been tried. In the name of those who can't fend for themselves, they enact plan and program- yesterday's answers for today's problems- but oddly the problems are never solved. That's because a fraction of the resources to help those in need- a truly noble goal- while govt agencies, university faculty, corporate rejects who can't compete all siphon off resources for their own gain. There is an awful lot of money to be made in the poverty business.
This decision will stand as another foundation for the destruction of our country. The Constitution and Federal Law become mere suggestions for these elites while they use ever expanding federal law to crush us to hold us under their thumbs.
Sometimes I think the war on big oil and the lefts push against meat is so that we won't have any tar and feathers for when we hit bottom and the pitchforks come out..
