Chronic Condition: Why Canada’s health-care system needs to be dragged into the 21st Century. Sounds like Canada’s free healthcare system costs too much and does too little, so naturally the public wants it to cost less and do more. Maybe they should hire Nancy and Harry to “craft” a bill no one reads and fix it all up.

When will people learn that governments cannot run anything? Look at all the countries in the world - name one where the "rulers" aren't just in it for the power, money, and celebrity. Amazingly, as corrupt and broke as America is, it is still considered the most utopian country on the planet. For now.
I'd wish them luck by saying, "Break a leg!" but I don't think that would be a good metaphor in this case.
