• Look for more injuries to cops, including deaths, in the Cleveland PD when these idiotic DOJ guidelines are put to use. The criminal element in town are going to LOVE this shit!

• Maybe they can challenge the perps to a basketball game.
  If the cops win, they arrest the perp, if they lose, the perp gets to shoot the cop.
  That ought to make the DOJ happy.
  Arrested criminals/dead cops, and the DOJ gets the win.

  To all decent and civilized people of Cleavland, GET THE HELL OUT. Call your realtor and find out the value of your property and then list at $20-40K less. You will thank me when your former property is appraised at $100K less within 3-4 months. Even less by the end of the year.

• So the Cleveland police now have to wear oven mitts and house slippers to prevent the accidental punching or kicking of psycho/socially maladjusted persons(in English, 'violent criminals'). I'm sure none of the DOJ 'experts' who drew up the guidelines are expecting the increase in crime which will surely result.
