Ed Schultz calls GM a success story, liberal HuffPo writer calls BS

MSNBC’s Ed Schultz lives in some kind of alternate universe where Obama’s economic program is working.

When Poor Ed began raving about Government Motors positive earnings, he surely expected a good progressive like Huffington Post’s Leo Hindery to agree.

No so fast, Ed. Hindery quickly brought Ed back to reality.

“I love being on this show,” Hindery said. “But I’m going to push back a little bit on your accolade for GM. There will be more jobs created in Mexico by the Big Three automobile manufacturers than will be created here in the United States.”

Note the way the smile disappears from Ed’s pudgy little face.

  • He tried to recover by stating about the guy that took over etc, but you could see that he was expecting a nah nah nah nah nah from the guy. He was way too happy with the "news" without realizing that it wasn't the good news that he expected and this whole business about "saving" jobs... Please.

  • To quote Leo Hindery:
"....we didn't demand that the growth in these three companies, the recovery of these three companies......"

Uhhhhh...Doofus, Ford didn't get bailed out.

  • It was like Hindery was the aggravated homeowner who threw a bucket of ice water on Shultz as he was going all-out and furiously humping BO's leg. Took the lead right out of his pencil, so to speak.

Now, if Hindery would only be as truthful about all of the other doomed-to-fail Marxist idiocies being perpetrated upon the American citizenry by JugEars, Inc. ...
