• The thieving corrupt sleaze bags that make up union management sold their members down the river. I hope the membership remembers this. Frankly I think if you threw every union leader down to and including shop steward in jail just arbitrarily you would have very few, if any at all, wrongly jailed people.

    • I'm a Teamster. When the IBT threw their full support behind obama in 2007, I questioned it. I had a conversation with my business agent and I asked him to explain why they supported a candidate with such a questionable hidden past. His response was that he would get back with me on it! I'm still waiting on that call.

      • I was still an active member of my union in '08. Yeah, they backed him. They always said they looked at the candidate, not the party, but I never once saw them back anyone other than a Democrat. And yes, I signed the papers to stop them from using my dues to support political campaigns.

• I guess a lot of stupid people did what Pelosi did, they didn't read it, they just said yes because it was a lefty plan....Too bad for the union.....I have about this much sympathy for them.....ZERO! You wanted it, you supported Obutthead, now comes the part of life where you suffer the consequences of a really F*cking stupid decision....Nobody is ever happy in Lefty World....
