William Boyland Jr. is a five-term member of the New York State Assembly.
On one hand, he’s a liberal Democrat which would normally be points against him. On the other hand, we consider him to be a role model for all politicians.
The New York Daily News explains what we mean:
Boyland, who pleaded not guilty in April to federal charges that he did political favors for Brookdale University Hospital in exchange for a consulting gig, skipped 20 of the Assembly’s 60 sessions this year, attendance records show.
Boyland (D-Brownsville), also was the only lawmaker in either the Senate or Assembly who did not introduce a single bill.
We need more Democrats like Billy Boyland – guys who don’t introduce an endless series of bills and designed solely to waste our hard-earned money. Guys who believe that serving in the legislature should be a part-time job. Guys who don’t jump in front of every camera they see.
Billy Boyland, you may be a crook and you may be a Democrat (and we may be redundant), but we salute you.

There is an argument here for making voters become "licensed to vote". 5 times these retards have elected this retard. I guess that is proper representation, but this guy is a menace.
One used to have to be a land-owner to vote because it was reasoned you had "skin in the game".
Owning land or a retirement account would be a good proxy for skin in the game today. Not holding my breath for that since only about 1/3 of the population participates in the workforce anymore.
Having been a landowner in the past, then selling it to live a more nomadic life, should that fact disqualify me from being able to vote? I hear what you're saying, only responsible and intelligent people should be voting, but who is to decide who qualifies and who doesn't? A government employee? Maybe Congress, which is made up of people like Boyland?
I was going to say something to this effect. Who voted for this guy? Overall this is a fine example of someone being asleep as they voted. People are not paying attention at the voting booth they just vote Democrat and that is that. It is so useless.

I think this guy should see his tailor and have his coat resized, he looks like he's out of breath and all he did was cross the street. Of course, too much bacon in his diet might also be a factor.

As I start this note there are 5 comments so far. They are just good fun humor, even the one about our troll, although that one is sure to draw some fire. So really, the site says it exists to expose the liberal media. It does a damn fine job of it, too!
